Normally supplements will be at the bottom of your list of most important diet nutrients you need to feed your body with, but there are a few exceptions I would like to list from the most important to the least.
Protien Powder: I recommend On's 100% whey protien as the best source of cheap protien to feed your body. Protien is what your body uses to build and repair muscle you have torn while working out. A normal man needs 1 gram of protien per lb of lean body weight to maintain his lean body mass. Not all protien powders are created equal, I learned the hard way. The stuff at walmart is loaded with fillers, and things like creative which will add unnessasary water weight and be very misleading. Find a 100% natural whey protien like on's and you won't be disapointed. I recommend two scoops, 50 grams, for a morning shake mixed with water, and add 1/2 cup of frozen berries for breakfast
Green Tea Extract Pills Green Tea is an excellent source of cancer fighting antioxiants and other powerful natural stimulants which help the body shed fat. One of these stimulants is caffiene. Normally one green tea pill has about half the caffiene content of a cup of coffie, while it has the antioxidant level of 10 cups of green tea. Now most people wont be able to drink 10 cups of green tea, which is why I recommend the pill. Take two first thing in the morning, and u will find u have no urge to drink any coffie or other cafiene beverage. Instead you will start drinking water right off the bat in the morning, which will help improve your fatlosss.
