If you are a parent then it is your responsibility to buy the right health foods for your child, otherwise you are failing to feed them optimal levels of nutrition, and health risks are more likely.
So what are the best foods to buy in order to lose fat? Well quite simpley they are the most nutritious food, food which will leave you and your body statisfied from hunger, while improving pretty much every other area in your life including fatigue, depression, aches, and pain, obesity, as well as a host of other health problems.

Vegetables are hands down the best food for you to eat to improve health and fat loss. There are to many health studdies to back this up, research them if you wish, but it is common knowledge now that if you wish to live for a long time, become sick less, have a better mood, be tired less, and think better then you ought to opt for a diet high in vegetables. Here are some of the best and why.
Broccoli, squash, eggplant, green beans, cauliflower, carrots, sweet potatoes are all excellent vegetable choices for fat loss including dark leafy green vegetables like romaine lettuce, spinach, ect. These vegetables are high in vitamins, nutrients, and fiber, which will feed your body all that it needs to become healthy while shedding excess body fat. You should try to eat your vegetables raw best, steamed second best, and cooked third. Cooking destroys some nutrients in the food. You should try to eat vegetables as many times a day as possible, but the absolute minimum should be once a day during your biggest meal.
Fruits are natures best dessert, and should be a huge part of any healthy diet. Forget what you heard about the excess sugar in them, sugar from fruit is not the bad kind of table sugar in soft drinks and other junk food. It is natural sugar full of nutrients that animals like humans evolved in using as a food source.

blueberries, apples, raspberries, blackberries, apricots, are my personal favorits. But blueberries should be consumed almost every day to ensure maximum amount of antioxidant intake while you cut fat. Frozen blueberries are my favorite to add to my protein drinks, and they taste sweet and great.
If you are serious about health fat loss and fitness, then blueberries and apples should be part of your everyday diet, with other fruit mixed in as you wish. I recommend a bare minimum of one cup of blueberries a day for fat loss and health, as well as an apple.
Complex carbohydrates are long lasting energy sources our body can use hours after we eat them, while fruits sugar is usually broken down fast and the energy level doesn't last quite as long. Oatmeal and sweet potatoes are hands down the best choices to lose fat. Both are loaded with miconutrients and fiber, and both provide your body with energy for hours.
Still though, many find they can work just find eating more fruits/veggies, than complex carbs, so personal preference is a choice.
Protein is probably the most important nutrient to lose fat but also maintain lead body muscle mass while losing fat, which will result in a better body transformation.

Not all protein is created equal, protein higher in saturated fat like cheese burgers, sausage, bacon, most red meat, is not always wise to eat while you're trying to lose fat. Its best to eat lean protein like fish, boneless skinless chicken breast, lean cuts of steak, eggs, other seafood ect.
