Stress diet is number 1: diet should focus on balancing the ph of the body by eating more raw foods, fruits, veggies, protien powder, nuts, cottage cheese, brown/wild rice, lean meats.
Workouts: on a day off a day for building/toning muscle. Cardio should be atleast 3 days a week, preferably 1 day intense hiit, one day 30 min to hr steady state, and the rest lower intensity, ie walking.
